Richard Li joined Spearhead IMC Group in 2003 and has served successively as the Supervisor of Marketing Department, the Senior Sales Supervisor of Terminal Marketing Department, the Director of the 1st Board of Directors of the Company, and the Vice General Manager of the Company. Currently, as the Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group and the General Manager of Think Branding IMC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spearhead IMC Group, Richard Li is responsible for experiential marketing business.
Richard has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing and management, and he has served for nearly one hundred famous multinational companies, central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, providing consultancy and services in terms of event marketing, scene marketing, and BPO business. Richard Li is good at helping enterprises contact consumers, create brands and win reputation, and promote sales as well through event marketing and channel management. He has a wealth of experience in the discovery and management of talents and controlling the results to be achieved based on targets as well.
