Polo Liu established Spearhead IMC Group in 2003 and the Group led by Polo Liu was listed on China A-share capital market as the largest offline marketing agency in China in 2010. Joe Chai, EMBA of the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University, Senior Accountant and CPA, joined Spearhead IMC Group in 2004. Joe Chai is a member of the top management team for the Group's listing in 2010, after which, he has led Spearhead IMC Group to attract more capital, make ownership enlargement, invest in and acquire advertising companies, and realized the interconnection of marketing industry chain.

Having worked for nearly 20 years in the area of financial management, Joe has rich experience and effective management methods in financial accounting, company management mode, internal process management and post management control. Joe is good at developing markets and channels, purchasing material control, standardizing enterprise management, improving enterprise financing, optimizing enterprise capital structure, and making prudent management regulations over accounts receivable and budget management system according to the company's characteristics.

Fang Hua (Fancy)

CHO and Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group

In 2001, Fancy Fang entered Huayijingxin (the predecessor of Spearhead IMC Group) and served as Executive Manager of the Sales Promotion and Execution Department. In 2003, she joined Spearhead IMC Group and served successively as the Customer Manager of Sales Promotion and Customer Department, the Supervisor of Human Resource Outsourcing Department, the Assistant to President of President Office, the Supervisor of Human Resource Department, and the Vice Manager of the Company. And currently Fancy Fang is the CHO and Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group.

Fancy has a wealth of integrated marketing business experience and a decade of HR management experience. Familiar with marketing and enterprise development strategy, Fancy Fang is good at developing human resource strategic plans according to company strategy, establishing effective communication channels and incentive mechanisms within the company, giving full play to employees’ enthusiasm and creativity, optimizing internal organization management, allocating and supervising departmental work, making performance appraisal and budget control, and enhancing the publicity and communication of enterprise culture.

Li Lingbo (Richard)

Director and Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group and General Manager of Think Branding IMC

Richard Li joined Spearhead IMC Group in 2003 and has served successively as the Supervisor of Marketing Department, the Senior Sales Supervisor of Terminal Marketing Department, the Director of the 1st Board of Directors of the Company, and the Vice General Manager of the Company. Currently, as the Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group and the General Manager of Think Branding IMC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spearhead IMC Group, Richard Li is responsible for experiential marketing business.

Richard has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing and management, and he has served for nearly one hundred famous multinational companies, central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, providing consultancy and services in terms of event marketing, scene marketing, and BPO business. Richard Li is good at helping enterprises contact consumers, create brands and win reputation, and promote sales as well through event marketing and channel management. He has a wealth of experience in the discovery and management of talents and controlling the results to be achieved based on targets as well.

Huang Xin (Rheal)

Board Secretary and Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group

In 2002, Rheal Huang joined Huayijingxin(the predecessor of Spearhead IMC Group) and he successively took the important positions of the Operation Director of the Group and the General Director of Shanghai Branch. Currently, serving as the Board secretary, director and vice president of Spearhead IMC Group, Rheal is fully responsible for the Investment Management Department and Information Management Department, the information disclosure of the Group, the management of investor relations, equity affairs management, corporate governance, equity investment, preparation for the Board of Directors and shareholders' meeting, and the standardization of the Group's operation. Rheal is committed to the management of the informatization and standardization of the management platform of the Group as well.

With 15 years of experience in operation and management of integrated marketing, Rheal is familiar with marketing and enterprise management system, enterprise investment and development strategy planning, and good at business development and business negotiations, customer management, pre-investment evaluation and post management. Rheal has been dedicated to developing solutions to the operation and management optimization system of the Group and he has unique insights into informationization management and the development and transformation of enterprises.

Qu Wei (Victor)

With many years of experience in branding and marketing strategy, business development and enterprise management experience, Victor Qu has accumulated abundant resources in terms of customers, media and government relations. In recent years, Victor has been focusing on content marketing. Victor has unique insights into marketing strategy of branded entertainment and their integration and execution, fashions and innovation of entertainment marketing. Currently, Victor is wholly responsible for the business development, Content Marketing Department and the relevant strategic development of the Group.

Victor ever served as the Senior Vice President of Jiayuan.com and took up responsibilities for brand promotion and marketing successively in Dell, Samsung, Motorola, Nokia, and Unilever. He has been invited as special guests for large-scale TV programs of CCTV and local stations, such as Dream of China, Only You and Den Zhuo.

Xie Weigang (Jerry)

CSO and Vice President of Spearhead IMC Group

In 1999, Jerry Xie co-founded Huayijingxin(the predecessor of Spearhead IMC Group) and served as the General Manager of Shanghai Branch. Later, Jerry joined Schneider Electric SA and was mainly responsible for channels, market and strategic management. In October 2014, Jerry resigned from the Vice Strategic and Marketing President of All-China Region of Schneider Electric SA and returned to Spearhead IMC Group. From then on, Jerry has been serving as the Chief Strategy Office(CSO)and Vice President of the Group and responsible for the integration of marketing business, and the planning and execution of the strategic development of the Group. Jerry has been responsible for the strategies and overseas business of Spearhead IMC Group since August 2016.
